ESM-Training was founded to address the rising unemployment rate in South Africa and the gap between young people and available job opportunities. Recognizing that quality tertiary education is often unaffordable or inaccessible for many young South Africans, especially those in rural areas, we set out to make a difference.
Our mission is to act as a catalyst for young entrepreneurs and aspiring professionals by offering free, 12-month Learnership Programmes. These programs provide valuable knowledge and skills that empower our learners to pursue their career aspirations or start their own ventures.
